Your Role in Action

• Teamwork on Tap: Collaborate closely with the Boiler Station & Shift Teams to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
• Steam Power Control: Take charge of turbine and auxiliary equipment start-ups and shut-downs—keeping the plant's energy flow in check.
• Bagasse System Mastery: Manage the vital Bagasse system with precision, ensuring smooth, efficient operations at all times.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Inspect, troubleshoot, and handle boiler and auxiliary systems, reporting abnormalities to make sure everything is running at it's best!
• Stay Ahead of Safety: Actively contribute to health and safety standards, from risk assessments to job safety analyses and participation in site safety programs.

Your Winning Combination

We're looking for a hands-on leader with solid team management skills, sharp attention to detail, and a dedication to high-quality standards. Being able to stay focused and work well under pressure, especially during the bustling sugarcane crushing season, is key. To be considered, you'll need the right skills, experience, and qualifications—including a High-Risk Work License for Turbine Operator (TO) and an Advanced Boiler Operator (BA) certification (or the ability to obtain Australian certification).
