This role is ideal for an Veterinary Nurse with strong leadership, organisational, and people skills. It suits an experienced nurse who enjoys being hands-on with patients while also stepping into a broader clinic leadership position.
As Clinic Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the clinic, supporting both your team and our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Hands-on veterinary nursing duties, including patient care, assisting in surgery, anaesthetic monitoring, and client education
Inspiring and supporting your team to deliver the highest standard of care
Overseeing daily clinic administration and retail operations
Mentoring and guiding junior staff and student nurses
Coordinating clinic workflow and scheduling
Maintaining high standards of client service and communication
Supporting a positive, engaged team culture
Developing an understanding of clinic financials and contributing to efficient, sustainable operations
This role is full-time and will require 1 in 3 Saturday shifts.
You’ll bring:
A Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (DVN) or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years’ veterinary industry experience
Proven leadership skills, ideally within the veterinary industry
Management experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and a supportive, approachable leadership style
Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
The ability to work well both independently and within a team
A calm, composed presence under pressure
Customer-facing skills (a strong advantage)
