About the role:
We're looking for full time & part time Customer Love superstars to join our fiercely dedicated team who put our Foodies at the heart of every decision we make! Our team are available to assist our customers 7 days per week (open late on Sunday's).

About you:
We'd love to hear from people that have previous customer service experience and are flexible, reliable and mature. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, supreme levels of initiative and truckloads of energy.
You must have the ability to develop strong customer connections and trust quickly. You will always be focused on delighting our foodies and providing positive solutions via all communication channels.
Inbound or outbound call experience would be an advantage, but a positive attitude goes a long way so if you want to learn, we can teach you!
