The Role:
My client is seeking an experience Project Manager to join their growing Civil and roading team, managing and leading project delivery of various projects across the wider Canterbury region. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong focus on people leadership, development and managing key stakeholder relationships.
  
Your role will include:

• Delivering projects on time and to budget
• Financial forecasting, planning, reporting
• Providing technical oversight, sign off of methodology and programming
• Managing key stakeholder engagement, maintaining customer and client relationships
• Communication and management of Subcontractors and suppliers

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years relevant civil construction experience
• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant
• Familiar with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act and NEC Contracts
