The Role
We are seeking motivated Customer Services Representative to join our high performing team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and based at our Mangere facility, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a set client group, ensuring that all service level agreements are achieved, internal SOPs are followed, and regulatory requirements are met.
