About the Role

As an analyst for the Sales and Finance divisions, you will run a series of analyses and report on margins, profit simulations, accruals, budgets, and rebates.  You will manage sales program transactions and provide key insights into sales deduction performance. You will be the go-to person for rebate requests, and chargeback reconciliations, providing analysis on a daily and monthly basis. This role works closely with both the sales and finance teams, ensuring that the sales programmes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

The role reports to the GM Sales Admin & Financial Planning in Sydney, with a dotted line responsibility to the NZ Country Manager.  
 
Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in an accounting, finance, or administration role
  • You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using lookups and pivot tables, with some experience in an enterprise system such as Oracle
  • A critical aspect of the reporting process will be your ability to provide written and verbal reports in Korean as well as English
  • You will have excellent analytical ability, combined with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
