THE ROLE:
We’re searching for a superstar sales associate to join our Newmarket team. Our team goes above and beyond to get the job done, and our customers are our top priority. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and passionate individuals who live for retail, provide killer customer service, and don’t mind shoes, too.
ABOUT YOU:
You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You live and breathe fashion, and you’re the first to know about the next big trend. You can think of your feet, love a chat and can problem-solve like a pro. While you love a laugh, you pride yourself on your work ethic and getting the job done.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to work collaboratively with team members
Experience in the retail and fashion industry is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain strong product knowledge
Able to multitask and provide excellent customer service to multiple customers
Have the confidence to style customers and introduce them to new products
Passion to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives
Driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand - sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we're a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are
