About Us:
Join our dynamic team at a leading aluminium fabrication plant, where innovation meets craftsmanship. We are seeking a young, enthusiastic individual with a passion for technical work. If you have a technical mindset and are eager to develop your abilities in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!
Position Purpose:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn various technical functions within an aluminium fabrication plant. You will be trained in key processes such as laser welding, cutting, milling, bending, and assembly, while also gaining general engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist with laser welding, cutting, and other fabrication processes.
- Operate and maintain milling and bending machines.
- Assist in the assembly of aluminium products.
- Support general engineering tasks within the plant.
- Work closely with experienced engineers to learn best practices.
- Ensure quality control and precision in all tasks.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.
Required Qualities:

- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Clean driving license
No Prior Experience Necessary:
We are looking for someone who has the right attitude and aptitude, not necessarily all the skills. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
What We Offer:
- Hands-on training in various aluminium fabrication techniques.
- Opportunity to develop technical skills and grow within the company.
- Supportive team environment.
- Competitive entry-level salary.
- Opportunities for career advancement in engineering and fabrication.
- The ability to gain further certificates and qualifications and self-development.
To Apply:
If you’re passionate about technical work and ready to learn, apply today! Submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for this exciting opportunity.
