Join the Jack Link’s Team as a Warehouse Operator – Afternoon Shift (Permanent Full-Time)

Jack Link’s is on the hunt for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our Mangere-based team on a permanent full-time basis, working the afternoon shift - Monday to Friday between 3pm - 11.30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our products are handled with care and efficiency from warehouse to customer.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Receiving and dispatching goods accurately and in a timely manner

• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company policies

• Picking and packing orders for delivery

• Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies

• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse to meet health and safety standards

• Collaborating with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets

• Following all safety procedures and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

What Experience and Skills you'll bring:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)

• A current Forklift License with F endorsement

• Reliable transport and a valid Full New Zealand Driver’s License

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment

• Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

• Physical fitness to safely lift boxes weighing up to 14.5kg

• A willingness to follow strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety protocols

• Physically fit - this is a physically demanding role where you will need to be able to lift boxes and perform repetitive tasks.
