About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and seamless check-in and check-out experience. You’ll provide exceptional service, handle guest inquiries, and ensure every stay is smooth and memorable.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Guest Check-in & Check-out – Provide a friendly, efficient, and professional welcome and farewell.
• Guest Support – Handle inquiries, process reservations, and coordinate guest requests with relevant departments.
• Financial Transactions – Process daily payments, accounts, and invoices with accuracy.
• Hotel Knowledge – Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Operational Support – Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Shift Flexibility – Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Customer-first mindset – able to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Attention to detail when handling reservations and financial transactions.
• Experience in a hotel front office role is an advantage, but full training is provided.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
