Mo tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role 

This role will play a key role within our Finance and Operations team, focusing on the timely processing and delivery of customer orders. Responsibilities include coordinating product shipments, handling all product requests, and providing direct support to Antipodes' operations function to ensure outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, invoices and payments
• Managing HQ stock and stock-takes as well as product requests and send-outs 
• Communicate with logistics company to ensure prompt delivery of orders to customers
• Provide support to the wider finance and operations team as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of logistics/customs requirements is a plus
• Experience with integrations/ERP is a plus
