Key Responsibilities

• Giving our customers a warm welcome and helping them have a smooth, stress-free experience.
• Keeping our cars safe, clean, and looking their best - every time.
• Spotting opportunities to make customers’ day better (and maybe even upsell a little!).
• Solving problems quickly or flagging them to your team when needed.
• Driving vehicles and our courtesy shuttle safely between locations.
• Helping keep our branch and grooming bays tidy and running like clockwork.

About you

• This is an active role, so you’ll be on your feet much of the day. Comfort with hands-on car grooming and moving around the branch is key to succeeding in this role.
• You enjoy sales and can spot upselling opportunities.
• All you need is curiosity and attention to detail - we’ll teach you the rest! Car-hire experience is a bonus, but not required.
