Retail Sales Assistant – Onehunga, Auckland

Collective Shoes is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our Onehunga store in Auckland. This is a full-time position working Thursday to Monday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience

• Assisting customers with footwear and product recommendations

• Maintaining store presentation through merchandising, stock replenishment, and general housekeeping

• Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions accurately and efficiently

• Supporting inventory management and stock control processes

• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals

• Following company policies and contributing to a safe and positive workplace environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within fashion or footwear retail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Confidence in assisting customers and resolving queries professionally

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience using POS systems and handling stock processes is an advantage

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of the roster
