This is a newly created role designed to support a major subsidiary of Callaghan Innovation’s rapid development, recent amalgamation, and future growth strategy. There’s huge scope for growth, change, and the introduction of HR best practices. This role resides with Callaghan Innovation’s people team and takes dual responsibilities as an HR business and operations partner by taking on projects that enhance the employee lifecycle through process and policy improvements.
He kōrero mōu: About you
The People Operations Partner will deliver people leadership and management advice throughout the employee lifecycle including recruitment, sourcing, selection, onboarding, change management, employment relations, performance management, development and remuneration to ensure that we support the achievement of Callaghan Innovation and subsidiary organisations’ objectives.
