The Role

As a Bar Manager you set the the tone for our guest experience. You’ll supervise service, mentor team members, and step in wherever needed, whether it’s serving tables, pouring beers, or prepping a late-night snack. You’ll be the go-to for both staff and guests, ensuring every interaction is seamless, friendly, and memorable.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Inspiring and leading the team to deliver exceptional service

• Supervising service across the bar, café, and food outlets

• Greeting guests warmly and creating personal, memorable experiences

• Handling cash, card transactions, and inventory securely

• Maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment standards

• Being the expert on our menus, local activities, and hostel offerings

• Suggesting and upselling food, drinks, tours, and experiences

• Jumping in when needed - whether it’s making coffee, serving drinks, or supporting the wider team

• Reporting incidents or suspicious activity and following company procedures
