About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be essential to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly, managing customer service, wholesale orders, admin tasks and supporting procurement. If you're a self-starter who thrives on getting things done, can juggle multiple priorities with ease and loves keeping everything (and everyone) organised, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing

Customer Service – Respond to incoming emails and customer enquiries on social media.

Wholesale – Process and oversee wholesale orders, communicate new launches and training materials to wholesale customers, and handle queries.

Administrative Support – Provide general admin assistance across the team, keeping everything organised and running smoothly. This includes supporting PR pack distribution, liaising with our warehouse and distributor, coordinating team volunteering days and assisting with B Corp initiatives.

Procurement – Manage procurement processes, including ordering raw materials for production, tracking stock levels and following up with suppliers.

Communication & Record-keeping – Maintain accurate records and assist with internal and external communications, including email updates and documentation.

Experience – Prior experience in office administration, customer service or wholesale order management is a plus but not essential.
