About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Time Key Holder to join our Timberland team. Based at Sylvia Park, with flexibility to work across other Auckland locations, you’ll be a vital part of delivering a premium customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of our stores.

As a Key Holder, you’ll play an important role in opening and closing the store, supporting the Store Manager, and being a role model for great service. You’ll thrive in a sales-focused environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team that’s passionate about our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service and building genuine connections with shoppers

• Supporting daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and stock management

• Assisting with training and mentoring team members

• Driving sales and KPIs by leading from the front

• Ensuring the store always looks its best through strong visual merchandising standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail experience (leadership/key holder experience highly regarded)

• A track record of achieving sales and service targets

• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers

• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive with problem-solving

• Flexibility to work across Sylvia Park and other Auckland stores when required

• Current NZ work rights
