About the Role
As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for compacting soil, asphalt, and other materials to ensure project surfaces meet required specifications. This role suits someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate rollers to compact materials such as soil and asphalt.
• Assist with ground preparation and surface quality control.
• Follow all site health & safety regulations.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating rollers.
• Valid certificates and licenses relevant to roller operation.
• Solid understanding of civil construction practices.
• Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Commitment to maintaining quality standards on site.
