 About the Role

We have both Part-time and Casual roles available in our Ponsonby and Britomart stores and are looking for talented salespeople to fill them.

These are sales associate roles are tasked with helping to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain operational excellence.

Full day shifts are available on both Saturday and Sunday and shorter shifts available during the week.

Key Responsibilities

·        Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

·        Consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs

·        Use product knowledge and training to drive sales

·        Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards

·        Uphold compliance and store processes

·        Embody the Karen Walker brand with passion and professionalism

·        Contribute positively to a collaborative and inspiring team culture

What You’ll Bring

·        Proven experience in a retail sales role (fashion or high-end retail preferred)

·        Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong organisational and time management abilities

·        Experience with POS and inventory systems

·        High attention to detail and initiative

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team
