McKenzie & Willis is a leading interiors retailer known for high-quality furnishings and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Queenstown branch in a pivotal Operations Support role.

About the role

This is a dynamic and varied position where you will take ownership of inventory management and operational support across the showroom. You will be responsible for:

• Stock control – ordering, receipting, labelling, and transferring inventory
• Furniture assembly – both in-store and occasionally in customers’ homes
• Stocktaking – conducting regular mini and scheduled stocktakes
• Showroom support – maintaining a tidy, organised space and assisting consultants
• Logistics coordination – preparing goods for delivery, booking freight, and managing returns

You will be the go-to person for ensuring our showroom is well-stocked, well-presented, and operating efficiently.

This is a permanent 32-40 hour per week role, Monday to Friday. We will also consider a Job Share candidate, working 3 days out of 5.
