We are looking for two part-time Retail Assistants to join our dynamic team at Sunglass Style Riccarton. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer experiences while contributing to the success of our growing business. What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with product selection, offering expert recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising to showcase our premium eyewear.
• Processing sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and payments with accuracy.
• Restocking and organizing product displays to ensure a seamless shopping environment.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
• Supporting the Store Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail or customer service, with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with shoppers.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high store standards.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and eyewear trends, with a keen eye for style. 
• Availability for shifts in the weekend, possible late nights and during the week.
