Holmes Group is looking for an outstanding part-time (20-30hr weekly) Marketing and Communications Specialist to tell our story. You will be crucial in executing and overseeing all marketing and communication activities across the Holmes Group of Companies. This role requires an individual who thrives in presenting brands to the market to drive exposure, understands the market, and gets in front of our key audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Management: Develop and implement marketing plans, manage marketing materials, and oversee campaigns across various channels.
• Communication: Draft and distribute internal and external communications, manage social media and website content, and coordinate company events.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency, monitor brand performance, and enhance our visual and verbal brand identity.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the internal team, those we sponsor, and all relevant parties to the role.
• Broader Outcomes: Collaborate with internal departments, promote sustainability and environmental, cultural initiatives and engage with the community.

Candidate:

The successful candidate would be excited to work in the construction sector and promote a family legacy brand.

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar marketing role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, and InDesign would be a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Travel may be required within the region.
• Role can be located in Petone or Greytown
