ABOUT THE ROLE..
This position is responsible for the supply of operational support and customer service relating to vehicle registration renewals,
Road User Charges, fuel cards, rental/transportation vehicles, FBT, infringements and roadside assistance. The incumbent is also
responsible for sharing their knowledge of the processes and procedures and assisting with a structured approach to problem
solving and process improvement.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Thoroughly and efficiently respond to customer internal calls and enquiries, supply and cancel fuel cards and toll tags,
- renew registrations and process infringements, in strict accordance with the Company processes, whilst maintaining
- KPIs and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all suppliers (Fuel, Toll, Roadside Assistance, Infringement and NZTA)
- ensuring that they are paid in a timely manner, costs allocated appropriately, and accounts reconciled
- Ensure all company databases, documentation and filing systems are accurate and up to date
- Work effectively with the team to ensure the department’s accountabilities are met including support of the vision and
- goals of the company
- Provide superior service aligned with the client’s needs and the organisation’s business objectives
- Maintain courteous and productive relationships within your team and cross-functionally with other teams and share
- knowledge with others on-the-job as required
- Follow the Customer Complaint Management Process
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
- Experience in a customer service role
- Demonstrates a high-level attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite of applications
- Can solve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely and effective manner
- Demonstrates strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet specified deadlines and reports regularly
