No. Our Free plan is permanently free — no time limit, no credit card needed. You can use Talent Cluster as long as you'd like at no cost. Upgrade only when you need Premium features.
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
You can request a self-service refund of your most recent Premium payment at any time — there's no fixed refund window, but only the most recent charge is eligible. Approved refunds are for the full amount. For situations outside these terms, contact info@talentcluster.co.nz and we'll review it directly.

Yes. Upgrade anytime from this page. Cancel from Manage subscription on your Dashboard — you'll stay on Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Your resume content is never sold. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf (such as our AI provider), as described in our Privacy Policy. We retain your account data while your account is active.
Not in this version. We may add these later — let us know via the feedback widget if it would help you.
Yes. While you're subscribed you can download all your resumes and cover letters as PDFs from the Dashboard. After a subscription ends, only your most recently edited resume and cover letter stay editable and downloadable on the Free plan — the rest are locked (not deleted) and unlock automatically if you subscribe again. We recommend downloading anything you need before you cancel.
