Fashion Biz is a wholesaler of quality uniforms, workwear and promotional apparel (stock service and made-to-order) to NZ, Australia, Canada, USA, South Africa, PNG and the Pacific Islands.

We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Customer Services Representative for a position based in South Auckland.  

If you have the following skills then we would love to hear from you;

• Possess good Computer and people skills

• Customer Service and data entry

• Previous Call Center/Customer service experience would be of help

• Great at multi-tasking

The Duties for the role includes, but not limited to:

• Meeting and Greeting customers

• Answering, transferring phone calls

• Process and handle specific customer orders and queries

• Attend day to day clerical duties

• International mail arrangement, mail dispatch and admin

• Other areas of administration when required

You would be working within a fun team environment and initial training will be provided.
