Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations through effective purchasing, inventory management, and sales administration.
Job Responsibilities:

Purchasing Management:
- Handle purchasing of raw materials and consumables, ensuring the best pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
- Ensure best price with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing needs to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.

Sales Administration:
- Processing orders and update production requirements
- Maintain customer records, including quotes, orders, and shipping details.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payments.

Inventory Management:
- Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Conduct regular stock takes and track discrepancies.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock organization and movement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in purchasing, sales, or inventory management (at least 2 years).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
