Part-Time Customer Service / Fleet Administrator – Eastern Rentals, Auckland
Join Eastern Rentals, a leading vehicle rental company in Auckland, where we prioritize exceptional customer experiences and reliable service. We're seeking a motivated team player to support our fleet operations.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, including making, amending, and canceling bookings.
Assist with vehicle check-ins/outs: Show customers their vehicles, explain operations, and perform basic checks.
Support fleet admin: Drive vehicles for COF inspections, refuel, and do light cleaning to keep our fleet in top shape.
What We Need From You:
Some customer service or hospitality experience (preferred).
Full NZ driver's license (Class 1 required; Class 2 a bonus) with confidence driving manual/automatic vehicles up to 5999kg GVM.
Basic automotive knowledge for vehicle inspections.
Legal right to work in NZ.
Computer literacy and strong English language skills.
Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable personality.
Willingness to work under pressure and commit to high standards.
Preferably based near our Auckland location for easy commuting.
