Business Support Administrator

Business Support Administrator

External Role until 01 Jun 2026

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and versatile Business Support Administrator to join our team. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting both financial processes and general administration.

If you enjoy variety, like being part of a supportive team, and bring a positive “can-do” attitude to your work, this could be the perfect fit.

This is a full-time position.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that offers a great mix of financial processing and general office support. You’ll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also stepping in to support the wider team when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and willing to pitch in wherever required—especially during busy seasonal periods. A team-first mindset and a flexible approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily financial operations, including bank processing, payments, reconciliations, and accounts receivable.

  • Assist with reporting, month-end processes, and payroll backup

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems

  • Provide general administrative and front-of-office support as required

  • Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations by assisting across teams, particularly during peak periods

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in supporting others. You’re reliable, detail-focused, and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

We’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role OR relevant study in commerce, finance, or a similar field

  • Practical or theoretical knowledge of accounting principles (an advantage)

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Good systems knowledge, including Microsoft Excel or similar tools

  • A willingness to learn, be flexible, and take ownership over time

  • A positive, supportive attitude that contributes to a strong team culture

Why Join Us?

This role offers a great opportunity to build your skills and gain exposure across a wide range of business functions. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, flexibility, and a positive workplace culture.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on experience across financial and administrative functions

  • Develop skills in reporting, reconciliations, and operational support

  • Learn from experienced team members

  • Be part of a workplace that values teamwork and a “pitch in and help out” approach

If you’re someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to be part of a team that supports each other to get the job done, we’d love to hear from you.
