We’re seeking an Azure-focused Cloud Support Engineer, ready to take the opportunity to advance their career, within an organisation dedicated to learning, improving and growing their people.

This is an Azure focussed role where you’ll own day-to-day cloud operations and continuously improve a well-established environment. You'll work alongside a great team, vendors and senior stakeholders. There is no on-prem support or generalist IT, it's purely cloud based, Azure with a little AWS.

What you’ll do

• Own Azure BAU (VMs, networking, storage, App Services)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud issues
• Deliver small, controlled improvements
• Support security (RBAC, Entra ID, policies, Key Vault)
• Automate tasks (PowerShell / CLI)

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years Azure cloud experience (essential)
• A clear desire to be in cloud engineering
• Strong Azure fundamentals (compute, network, identity)
• Some scripting/automation capability
• Strong communication + positive team energy
