This role is essential to ensuring accurate and efficient inbound and outbound fulfilment. Working under routine supervision, you’ll carry out a wide range of warehouse tasks including receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control. Forklift operation is a key component of the role for licensed operators.

Forklift Operations — Safely load/unload trucks, move pallets, and support stock flow within the warehouse.
Pallet & Stock Movement — Transport pallets, organise racking, and assist with devanning, staging, wrapping, and storage.
Receiving & Quality Checks — Break down supplier orders, verify quantities, and identify any damaged or un‑saleable goods.
Inventory Handling — Sort, label, shelve, and put away stock using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
Order Picking & Packing — Pick orders accurately, pack efficiently, and ensure correct invoicing and labelling.
Dispatch — Prepare outgoing shipments, secure parcels, and ensure all orders meet dispatch timeframes.
Stock Control — Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Warehouse Housekeeping — Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with company policies.
Health & Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures, report hazards, and use PPE correctly.
General Warehouse Support — Assist with operational tasks as required to support daily workflow.
You’ll also be expected to meet productivity and accuracy KPIs, including pick rate and order accuracy.
Warehouse or DC experience (preferred)
Full, clean NZ driver licence
Current forklift licence (required for forklift duties)
Safety‑first mindset with strong hazard awareness
Team player qualities with a positive attitude
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Physically fit and able to lift/move cartons safely
Attention to detail in picking, packing, and data entry
Self‑motivated, reliable, and punctual
Comfortable using basic inventory systems and RF scanners
Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
Satisfactory reference checks
Criminal record check
Right to Work in New Zealand verification
Completion of a National Police Check
Occasional travel between sites may be required
