Qualifications & experience

• You will have a mature, positive attitude with a great work ethic. You prioritise safety first attitude and hold a full drivers license. You be a great communicator and coupled with these skills, you will;

• Be able to work both independently and with a team environment.

• Strong can do attitude.

• Show initiative.

• Take pride in your workmanship and respect the clients or other team members.

• Have a Nz residency or valid Nz work visa or working towards Nz work visa (skill shortage list).

• HVAC Gas Handling licence preferred but not essential.

• Electrical Current practicing license or working towards current practising license.

• You may also have a background in electrical or HVAC works with minimum 3 - 5 years work experience.

• Full training, tools, company phone, company vehicle, necessary competency licensing would be provided at companies cost to the right candidates.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Your responsibilities will include the maintenance, repair, replacement, remedial, service and installation of electrical equipments, wiring as per Wiring Rules. Mainly working on power failures, fault rectifications, HVAC inspections, certifications, regular maintenance including new installation of HVAC systems on various domestic, commercial and industrial sites.

• Variety of general electrical work including domestic, commercial, industrial and general service maintenance works.

• Work involves electrical inspection, testing, verification and certification.

• All day is not the same with a team work and respect for each other.

• A variety of experience for Electricians or HVAC technicians to work under a qualified and highly skilled team of Electricians, Electrical Inspectors and Independent Qualified Persons.
