About the role

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing Avondale based team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their financial situations, have meaningful conversations about outstanding debt, and help them set up realistic, manageable repayment plans.

What you'll be doing

• Speaking with our customers over the phone to set up and monitor repayment plans and following up when payments stop or default.

• Making sure all the records and systems are kept in line with our Code of Conduct.

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanour.
  

What we're looking for

•   Availability to work onsite at our Avondale office Monday to Friday 1130AM-8PM.

• A proactive, results-driven self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills, focused on achieving positive recovery outcomes.

•   Confidence in managing sensitive and challenging customer conversations, balancing empathy with a firm, solutions-focused approach.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess financial situations and negotiate realistic, sustainable repayment arrangements.

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed collection KPIs while maintaining a positive customer experience.
