Our Queenstown office is seeking an organised, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to support our local team and ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.
About the Role
In this part-time position, you will be the organisational backbone of our Queenstown office, providing high-quality administrative and operational support to both the Management and Site teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing reception duties and answering incoming calls
Coordinating travel bookings and logistics
Collating and entering project data such as timesheets
Supporting project administration, including creating site-specific documents
Reviewing and approving supplier and overhead invoices for Head Office
Managing PPE and consumable stock, including regular stocktakes
Coordinating site requirements, such as fencing, signage and other essentials
Providing general office, administration, and team support as required
This is a part time role, offering approximately 20 hours per week across Monday–Friday, with potential for hours to grow as our operations expand.
About You

Previous experience in administration, office management, or project support
Strong computer literacy, including confidence across Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
The ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multitask and prioritise without compromising accuracy
A motivated, team-focused attitude
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across our regional offices
