About You | Mōu

In this role we are looking for our new leader to:

• Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team 

• Have strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with team members

• Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed on time

• Hold a General Managers certificate and forklift licence - preferred but not essential

As a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. A night in the life of a Long Life Supervisor - Nights could look like 

• Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms

• Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames

• Championing health and safety practices

The hours and days for this Longlife Supervisor - Nights position are

Sunday to Thursday 1800 - 0230
