Dishwashing & Warehouse Team Member

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic team player to join our busy Dishwashing and Warehouse team at Insphire Event Rental.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are quite the same. We need someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work and is happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation of our commercial dishwashing department.

• Wash, clean, dry and prepare crockery, glassware, cutlery and other event hire equipment.

• Count and check returned hire items to ensure quantities are correct.

• Assist with moving, sorting and organising merchandise throughout the warehouse.

• Inspect items for cleanliness, damage and quality before returning them to stock.

• Help maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

• Support other warehouse departments when required.

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• A reliable, punctual and dependable team member.

• Someone who can multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

• Good attention to detail, particularly when counting and checking stock.

• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role involving standing, lifting and moving equipment.

• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need constant supervision.

• A willingness to learn and help others.

• Previous warehouse or commercial dishwashing experience is an advantage, but not essential.

No forklift licence is required.
