Sidekicker is looking for well presented and confident event staff to work casual shifts across a range of events and festivals in Christchurch, including at the new One NZ Stadium.

Typical Role Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide the highest standards of client and guest service.

• Scanning tickets, wrist-banding and helping to maintain a smooth and efficient entry flow.

• Helping usher guests to their seats.

• Managing retail sales and operating point-of-sale software (onsite training will be provided).

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries professionally.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in events or ticketing is an advantage but not essential, but we will require some hospitality, retail or customer service experience.

• An outgoing and enthusiastic personality and strong verbal communication skills to direct crowds and handle inquiries.

• Excellent personal presentation and grooming.

• Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
