Sidekicker is looking for well presented and confident event staff to work casual shifts across a range of events and festivals in Christchurch, including at the new One NZ Stadium.

Typical Role Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide the highest standards of client and guest service.
Scanning tickets, wrist-banding and helping to maintain a smooth and efficient entry flow.
Helping usher guests to their seats.
Managing retail sales and operating point-of-sale software (onsite training will be provided).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries professionally.
What we're looking for:
Experience in events or ticketing is an advantage but not essential, but we will require some hospitality, retail or customer service experience.
An outgoing and enthusiastic personality and strong verbal communication skills to direct crowds and handle inquiries.
Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
