About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team supporting our New Zealand Supply Chain operations across three key sites in Royal Oak and Avondale.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll partner with senior manufacturing and logistics leaders across two operational sites to drive performance, build leadership capability, and foster a strong Team Sanitarium culture. This role blends strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations and leads a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the local people plan aligned with the broader Supply Chain strategy.
• Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead employment relations matters, including collective agreement renewals.
• Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Support change management and workforce planning.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and track progress.
• Coach and develop a team of HR professionals.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven HR Business Partnering experience in an operational environment such as FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and industrial relations.
• Experience in collective agreement negotiations.
• Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach.
• Degree qualification in Human Resources
