Friday Homes is seeking an organised, friendly and proactive Client Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and central support hub of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client and team support.

You’ll play a key role in front-of-house operations, client care, office management, and wider administrative support across the business.


The Role

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing reception, calls and emails

  • Coordinate client care operations including maintenance, warranty claims, handovers and client documentation

  • Provide administrative support across the business, including HR assistance, recruitment coordination and internal communications

  • Manage office operations such as supplies, facilities, boardroom bookings, fleet coordination and reporting

  • Support the Director and wider team with PA duties, reporting, meetings, site visits and general administration


Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organised and genuinely enjoys helping others. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrator or similar role

  • Strong customer service focus and a friendly, approachable manner

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure

  • A proactive, resourceful attitude and strong work ethic
