Simply Events operates two wedding and events venues in West Auckland (Tui Hills and Abel Estate). We're looking for someone to help with our bookkeeping and general admin. This role is 10 - 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 20 hours as we get busier.
In this role you'll be processing incoming bills, reconciling payments and receipts, and creating invoices. You'll also process incoming enquiries, bookings, and assist the General Manager with the myriad of admin tasks that come up across the whole business.
