About the role

Are you a lover of pets? Would you like to work for an organisation where you can bring your whole self to work whilst helping kiwi pets to live their healthiest lives? We are looking for our next Administrator extraordinaire to join our Pet Insurance Sales and Service Team in Hamilton. 

 
We pride ourselves on giving our customers, and their pets, the best experience possible so you will need to be driven, have proven high performance, thrive in an agile environment and be passionate about growing within your role. 

You will have a professional and proactive nature, coupled with strong attention to detail that enables you to make strong decisions. 

 

The people in this role do a lot of different things, including: 

  • Processing cancellations  

  • Managing payment/billing  

  • Inbound and Outbound calls and emails managing customer enquiries 

  • Anything and everything else that comes up... our administrators are flexible and adapt to the needs of the business, so if something needs doing, they get it done. 

What we are looking for:  

  • 2 years + Administration experience  

  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with individuals and departments 

  • An agile mindset along with a flexible and adaptive work ethic 

  • An eye for detail, with the focus on accuracy  

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings 

  • Develop effective relationships across the organisation with all levels of employees 

  • Shows initiative and takes responsibility for own actions 

  • Seeks opportunities to improve work procedures and processes 

  • Most of all a lover of all pets big or small
