We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Christmas Helpers to join us this season and make Christmas 2026 sparkle. Whether it’s decorating a Christmas tree, hanging a welcoming wreath or setting a festive table, you’ll help our customers create magical moments in their homes.

Immerse yourself in our enchanting Christmas displays, be inspired by our beautiful décor and decorations, and play a part in making the season special for our customers, and for yourself.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR THIS CHRISTMAS?

Successful Christmas Helpers will be customer-focused, adaptable and thrive in a busy retail environment. They will enjoy working as part of a team and be ready to jump in wherever they are needed most.

They will:

• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.
• Bring positive energy, confidence and a can-do attitude to every shift.
• Provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service.
• Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock and supporting visual merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.
• Have strong availability throughout the Christmas season and be available to work during our peak trading period from 14 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, including weekends and evenings.

Candidates with extensive availability across the festive trading period, including peak trading days such as Boxing Day, will be highly regarded.
