Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Process orders for dispatch using warehouse and courier systems.

• Check products for quality and accuracy before shipment.

• Be available to work in-store on Sundays as required.

• Receive, unpack, and put away incoming stock.

• Replenish picking locations and maintain stock organisation.

• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily dispatch targets.

• Support other warehouse duties as required.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so you MUST have:

• Good computer literacy with the ability to pick up new packages and processes easily.

• Good understanding of health and safety guidelines.

• Dedicated work ethic.

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
