As part of the Transport & Infrastructure Training & Compliance team, you will be responsible for the successful administration and coordination of our various learning programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating training to meet the needs of T&I employees in your area
  • Supporting Managers to maintain current skills and competencies of their team
  • Proactively maintain the Learning Management System

From time to time, you may be required to travel across the country for training, development and collaboration purposes.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative & coordination skills. You'll have the confidence and capability to own your work and look for improvements and opportunities to streamline our services. We'd also value:

  • Organisational skills, impeccable time management and the ability to stick to tight deadlines
  • A high level of competency using Outlook & Excel
  • A strong working knowledge of learning/training within an organisation and experience working on Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume data/administrative environment
  • Team player, consistently contributing to a high performing culture
  • Problem solving ability, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A flexible, adaptable approach to your work
