As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support across broadband and mobile services. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, equipment, and service issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience at every interaction. You’ll also be joining an award-winning team, recognised with multiple CRM Industry Awards for excellence in Customer Support, Inbound Sales, and Telco

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, social, and chat regarding technical issues with internet, mobile, and related services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, voice service, and hardware issues (e.g., routers, modems, smartphones)
  • Explain technical concepts in a clear, simple way
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date customer records using CRM systems and tools
  • Work collaboratively with your team and stay curious by building your product and technical knowledge
