What you'll be doing

• Delivering a world-class customer experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable and personalised service

• Actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the perfect Pandora products

• Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandise is displayed to the highest standard

• Maintaining stock levels and assisting with inventory management

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Supporting the store team in achieving sales targets and business objectives

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match products to customer needs

• Enthusiasm, resilience and a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
