Who We Are

Since 1996, Tasman Cargo Airlines has been a trusted name in cargo aviation, supporting key supply chain routes across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Our operations are driven by a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture. We value fresh perspectives and practical problem-solving, especially in fast-paced, hands-on roles like this one. As part of our Ground Operations team, you'll play a vital role in keeping our network moving safely and efficiently, and be part of a business that's always looking to do things better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all customs, aviation, and airport authority requirements are met at all times.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in airline ground operations or a similar role.

  • Strong working knowledge of cargo aircraft loading and ramp procedures.

  • Familiarity with airport operations and confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  • A collaborative mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Ideally, you will also bring:

  • Experience using SABLE or a similar load control system (we're happy to train you).

  • Familiarity with DHL Express or other air cargo/freight forwarding operations.
