We are looking for people to join their fantastic sales teams in both Auckland (Takapuna) and Christchurch! No experience is necessary.

About the role

• As it says on the tin you will be selling houses, that said this role is about people in the house and not houses! Therefore, this is all about building relationships, outstanding communication and growing business along the way. 
• Iron Bridge is a very collaborative team environment so you will work together as part of a team to ensure the best outcomes for homeowners and Iron Bridge alike.
• While you will be provided with leads, you will also grow your own database of clients.
• Learning all things Real Estate the Iron Bridge way; there is a uniqueness to this which we are proud of & we believe is the secret to success for our agents!

Skills and experience

You don’t need to have experience in Real Estate to work for Iron Bridge as extensive training will be given however what you do need is:

• Work ethic; Real Estate is not a 9-5 Mon-Fri role so to ensure you are successful you must put in the hard yards to reap the rewards 
• A genuine desire to help people achieve their goals
• A genuine want to achieve YOUR OWN GOALS
• A hunger for knowledge combined with an internal drive towards excellence
• A hardworking team player
