Summary:
Join our team as a Retail Assistant at The Ribbon Rose!
We're looking to bolster our retail team within our Knitting, Crochet, Embroidery & Sewing departments.
We are seeking individuals with a passion for the creative, to provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

This is a full-time position offering flexibility across working days.
Weekday hours 8.3•-5.00 and weekends 9.00-3.00


Responsibilities:
 

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers.

• Process transactions accurately and promote additional products.

• Maintain attractive displays and ensure shelves are stocked.

• Keep the store clean and organized.

• Assist with inventory management and occasional merchandising tasks.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
   

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is helpful

• Passion for arts and crafts - especially knitting!

• Knitting knowledge, or Crochet + Embroidery, or Sewing - Let us know in your cover letter the crafts you are passionate about
