You must have a full NZ driver license and own a car. You also must have a computer, internet access, and mobile phone

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of holiday homes

• Preparing properties for a seamless guest stay

• Provide or arrange cleaning services in a timely manner and to the high standards required by Bachcare

• Provide support to guests during their stay where required. You are the eyes & ears on the ground!

• Ensure guest and owner experience exceeds all expectations

• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with property owners

Key Requirements

• Must be based/live in the area or its surroundings (15kms)

• Be flexible to provide services during weekends, school and public holidays

• Exceptional verbal and written communication

• Great attention to detail and excellent project / time management skills

• The ability to problem-solve, think on your feet, work autonomously, and take ownership of services

• Excellent financial management

• Dispute resolution
