Warehouse Operator / Pick Packer – Mangere, Auckland

Rodd & Gunn is seeking an energetic, reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator / Pick Packer to join our Distribution Centre team based in Mangere, Auckland.

This hands-on role supports our warehouse operations, including ecommerce fulfilment, store replenishment, pick packing, and container unloading/sorting. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet daily deadlines.

Casual & full time roles avaliable.

Reporting to: Distribution Centre Manager

Duties and responsibilities include:

Warehouse & Ecommerce Operations

• Picking and packing ecommerce and store replenishment orders using RF scanners

• Refiling pick bays and maintaining stock accuracy

• Container unloading, stock sorting and product processing

• Sorting, labelling and preparing stock for dispatch

• Supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure deadlines are achieved

General Warehouse Duties

• Assisting with stocktakes and cycle counts

• Supporting warehouse presentation and housekeeping standards

• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety within the warehouse environment

• Assisting across departments as required to support operational needs

Please note, this role involves manual handling and lifting of cartons of clothing.

Your roster may include weekend days during peak times as needed.

Skills/Attributes

• Previous experience in a Retail/Warehouse environment

• Intermediate computer skills and understanding of ERP system.

• Strong work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude

• Accuracy & attention to detail

• Good problem solving skills

• Good numerical skills

• Forklift License an advantage
